Yard Sign

Photos

We will take an exterior photo, and many interior photos of your home within a few days. Prepare a personalized fact sheet to include features and benefits of your property for real estate agents to use with potential buyers.

Open Houses

At your request, we will hold your house open on Sundays. This allows potential purchasers to view your home at their convenience.

Showings

Salespeople from our company as well as our cooperating brokers - that's potentially every broker in Santa Fe - will want to show your home. An appointment will be made with you in advance with the name and company of the showing agent and an approximate time they will be showing the property.

Follow-up on Showings

I will follow up with salespeople who have shown your property to establish interest and elicit any meaningful feedback. I will then pass this information along to you.

At any given time, we can print a report for you with a list of the showings your property has had, with the date, showing salesperson and their office name.
